Are towels provided or do guests bring their own?
Towels are provided to overnight guests on an availability basis. So it is always recommended that you bring your own towel to ensure you have one. Also do not forget any other toiletries you may need.

What about water safety? Are there lifeguards?
We are vigilant about the safety and security of all guests. Licensed lifeguards staff CoCo Key Water Resort Hotel & Convention Center-Waterbury at all times during normal operating hours. Safety rules are posted at each pool and attraction. Nevertheless, we urge parents to teach their children about water safety prior to visiting the water resort. Please be sure non-swimmers or weak swimmers wear USCGA approved life vests. Complimentary life vests are available at CoCo Key Water Resort Hotel & Convention Center-Waterbury as well on a first-come, first-served basis. The traditional swimming pool within the Holiday Inn Waterbury is not staffed with lifeguards and children who visit the swimming pool must be accompanied by an adult.
